These terms govern your use of sslmproject.com and the templates, guides and other materials we make available (the "Materials"). By using the site you agree to them.
Free to use
The name SSLM (including "SSLM" and "SSLM Project Management") and any derivative of it, together with the logos, animations, images, templates, guides, the app, and all other artefacts and documents on this site, remain the property of SSLM.
Permission to use them is given free of charge for individual use and for learning. You are welcome to download, use and adapt them for your own personal learning and your own individual projects, keeping the SSLM attribution intact. You may not remove the SSLM attribution, resell the Materials, or present them as your own work.
If you are an organisation that would like to use the SSLM framework, its artefacts or the app for your project management, please contact us at hello@sslmproject.com to discuss a licensing agreement.
No professional advice
SSLM provides general project-management guidance and templates for information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or other advice, and it is not tailored to your specific circumstances. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply anything you find here, and for adapting it to your own context.
Provided "as is" — no warranty
The site and Materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Materials are complete or suitable for your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSLM will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or the Materials. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The SSLM Light App
The SSLM Light App (the "App") is one of the Materials and is provided on the same free, "as is", no-warranty and limited-liability basis set out above. In addition:
You use the App entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own project decisions and for checking any numbers, dates, statuses or narrative the App helps you produce, and for keeping your own backups of your work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSLM accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including, without limitation, project failure, missed deadlines, cost overruns, incorrect reporting, or lost or corrupted data.
The App runs in your own browser and stores your project data on your own device and in files you choose to save. SSLM does not receive your project data. The App includes an optional AI assistant that works only if you add your own third-party AI provider key. If you choose to use it, the project information you submit in an AI action is sent to that third-party provider under your own key and subject to their terms, and is never sent to SSLM. None of the AI features operate unless you add a key.
Ownership of the App, its design and the SSLM framework remains with SSLM. As set out under "Free to use" above, the App is free for individual use and for learning: you may download, use and adapt it for your own individual projects, keeping the SSLM attribution intact. Organisations wishing to use it for their project management should contact us at hello@sslmproject.com to discuss a licence. You may not resell it, present it as your own work, misrepresent its origin, or remove the SSLM attribution.
Intellectual property
The SSLM name, site content and original Materials (including the App) are ours unless stated otherwise. Third-party names, models and trademarks referred to in the Materials (for example established methodologies) belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only.
Advertising
The site does not currently display advertising. We intend to introduce third-party advertising (for example Google AdSense) in the future, to help cover the cost of hosting and running the site and to keep the SSLM framework, its templates and the app free for individuals and for learning. When advertising is introduced, ads will not be endorsements, and we will not be responsible for the content of advertised products or services.

We link to third-party sites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
