What it is
Records the agreed design principles. It is one of 51 templates and guides in SSLM, a free project management framework built on the least sufficient process, honestly applied, for the most traceable result.
When to use it
Use it as soon as the work it covers begins, not before. SSLM adds a document when the project earns it, never pre-emptively. If you are running your first project, the nine-step start shows where this one comes in.
